For the past 10 months now we have been engraving metal for a large manufacturing company. It was not as hard as I was once told it would be. We first prepare the metal by cleaning it and applying a spray. We then adjust the laser to run slow and hot depending on what type of metal it is. Stainless steel engraving has to run slower than aluminum engraving, when the laser hits the spray it fuses is it to the metal. I really enjoy this type of Engraving even though there's not much artwork to be done
